By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms of service, as well as our shipping, return, and refund policy.

Refunds & Reprints

Our policy allows for refunds and reprints within a 45-day period from the date of receiving your order. To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within the specified timeframe. We will reprint any order with print quality or adherence issues, excluding cases involving poor-quality files. For refunds or reprints based on other reasons, approval from management is required.

For orders that include DTF Transfers, please ensure adherence to the correct design requirements.

Additionally, verify the accuracy of all details in your shipping address before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after order placement to confirm all order details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.
